Offers depend on the session type. Phone minutes do not apply to written readings, and the written-reading gift cannot be used for a phone call.

• PhoneNew-member perk

On sign-up your account gets 3 3 10utes for live phone calls. They work with every approved reader who offers phone. Remaining 10utes stay on your account. They cannot be used on written readings, voice notes or live text.

• PhoneCampaign phone rate

After the 3 10utes, the next 20 10utes are 5,00 ₺/10. If the reader’s own 5 is lower, that 5 is used. Phone calls only, all readers who offer phone, stored on your account.

• PhoneStandard phone rate

When campaign 10utes run out you pay the per-10ute 5 on that reader’s profile for the chosen reading. Rates differ by reader; they currently start from 10,00 ₺/10. The phone price on a card is this standard 5.

• WrittenWritten reading

There is no per-minute charge. The reader’s fixed fee for that reading is taken once when they accept. Live text and recorded voice answers are also a fixed fee. Free and campaign minutes do not apply.

• WrittenFirst top-up

Your first real top-up includes one free written reading. Draw your cards and ask a reader; the reply arrives in your messages and nothing is taken from your balance. It can be used once, for a written reading only. It cannot be turned into phone minutes or a paid written reading with a chosen reader.

A gift voucher is valid only with the reader who issued it and only for a written reading. Free tarot, coffee readings and star charts are not live-reader fees. If you are not satisfied with the first 5 10utes of a phone call, you can request a refund within 24 hours, once per reader.
